Shipping policy

Because most items are made-to-order, normal processing time is 5-7 business days depending on the item. However, on larger items, processing can take from 7-10 business days up to 15-20 business days.  Further, due to other issues arising beyond our control, shipping times may be delayed.  

After your order has been shipped, you will receive notification via the "contact method" you have provided at the time of checkout.
