Refund policy
Upon receipt of your purchase, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is damaged and/or if you received the wrong item. We will review your order and correct the issue as soon as possible.
Return Eligibility:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help. Please contact us within 2 days of receipt of your item. Return items must be shipped within 3 business days from the date you received it. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging with proof of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping-costs.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will immediately inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
